A blonde Chloe Sevigny celebrated her new book Chloe Sevigny in Los Angeles. She rocked an off the shoulder top with a tartan print skirt. I absolutely love this look because it screams Chloe Sevigny. She is a unique and stylish at the same time. I like how the skirt is multi-lengths. As always Chloe Sevigny you go girl!
