Taraji totally gave us sophisticated chic at the 55th Monte Carlo TV Festival. She wore a sleeveless top with sheer paneling, and paired that with a skirt and single strapped heels. What really took this look over the top was her hair. The blonde looks good on her, Taraji, you go girl!
