Kylie Jenner is spotted outside of Kabuki restaurant in Studio City after chowing down lunch with a friend. The 17-year-old reality star's hair is black again after trying out blue last week. Kylie werked the heck out of these boots with a strappy suit underneath. Although she is relatively covered up she is giving major sex appeal. She did her thing as always!
