Rita Ora is fierce in this black. She went for an attention grabbing look on the MTV VMA carpet. The neckline is perfect for her. I love the detailing on the bottom, and the black played up that blonde hair which was pulled back into an elaborate ponytail. What do you think of Rita Ora's look?
