The Saturdays certainly made their mark on Radio 1 this morning with Vanessa White's profane slip up during the group's interview with Nick Grimshaw. Vanessa, 22, was explaining the nickname given to her and her boyfriend by fans but didn't realise the moniker was actually a swear word. “Its 'Team S**te. Because my surname's White, and his name begins with an 'S,' so they've come up with 'Team S**te,” Vanessa explained to Nick.
Realising her gaff, an embarrassed Vanessa quickly attempted to rectify her previous comment, saying: “Oh sorry! Oh OK, sorry, sorry, sorry, I apologise. Oh now I feel really bad.” Grimshaw then joked: “You should. Thanks for getting me sacked.”
