Call her STYLISH, maybe? I am loving the haircut, not to mention Polka Dots, I freaking love a good polka dotted look. She paired it with a Dorothy from the Wizard of Oz tease giving shoe, I'm totally here for it. She takes a fashion risk and tops it off with a pink lip. I'll call it stylish!
