Building Strong, Aligned, and Undeniably Sheena with HIIT Yoga on Sundays

 



Every Sunday at 9 a.m., I roll into HIIT yoga with my instructor Amy, and let me tell you… this class does not play. I’m still a beginner, still figuring out my breath, my balance, and why my core suddenly has so many opinions. But honestly? It’s been one of the most rewarding parts of my week. Amy pushes just enough to make me feel capable, not crushed, and every Sunday I leave feeling a little stronger and a lot more proud of myself.

For me, HIIT yoga has become a full mind, body, style moment. Mind, because slowing down enough to breathe through the burn is real discipline. Body, because the strength I’m building is starting to show up in how I carry myself. And style because you know I’m pulling up in my Halara fits and my Juicy Couture sneakers from my Amazon Showcase, serving cute-while-sweating without apology.

This routine has reminded me that health is wealth. Not in the cliché way, but in the “my energy is higher, my confidence is louder, and my creative brain is sharper” way. Every drop of sweat feels like an investment in the lifestyle I’m building strong, aligned, and undeniably Sheena.
