The Confidence You Want Is Hiding Inside the Things You're Avoiding

You keep waiting to feel confident before you take the leap, but confidence often works in reverse. You take the uncomfortable step, survive the uncertainty, learn something, and discover that you were more capable than you thought. Every avoided task becomes bigger in your imagination. Every completed task becomes evidence that you can handle more. Maybe it's making the phone call, posting the video, applying for the opportunity, setting the boundary, going to the gym, having the conversation, or finally starting the thing you've been talking about. You don't need to feel ready. You need to be willing. Your confidence is not sitting somewhere waiting for you to find it. It is being built every time you do something you once believed you couldn't.
