Before you decide your body is the problem, examine the standard you're measuring it against. Who told you that your stomach should always be flat? That aging shouldn't change your body? That every outfit should fit the same way? That one photograph represents how you actually look? Sometimes the problem isn't your reflection it's the impossible expectation standing between you and acceptance. Social media gives us curated angles, filters, lighting, posing and carefully selected moments, then we compare them to our unedited lives. That's not a fair competition. You can pursue health, fitness and style without demanding physical perfection from yourself. Question the standard before criticizing the body. Sometimes the most powerful transformation isn't changing your reflection. It's changing the way you interpret it.
