Our gorgeous First Lady, Michelle Obama stepped off her jet, with her hair blowing in the wind and rocking the cutest dress i've seen this year. The yellow and the blue accent each other so well. I'm a sucker for bright colors, so this was right up my alley. Her tiny waistline was accentuated by a black belt, and her drop earrings gave the look the glamour we love about her. This look is perfection.

Political Style: Sen. John Kerry confirmed as secretary of State

The United States Senate voted this afternoon to confirm Sen. John Kerry as the next secretary of state.

Only a few days ago, Kerry, a democratic senator from Massachusetts, testified before the committee he chaired. As NPR's Michele Kelemen reported at the time, the hearing was a love fest.

"As the ranking Republican, Bob Corker of Tennessee, was quick to point out, Kerry seems to have been grooming himself to become secretary of state all his life," Michele reported.

The vote was in favor of Kerry 94 to 3.
