The athleisure trend has been going strong for seasons now. While wearing sweats is certainly not a new idea, we have seen the resurgence of the Crewneck on some of our top Celebrity Style GIRLs. The name “Crew neck” comes from the word crew as they were the types of shirts worn by oarsmen on a boat. The Crew neck features a round neck which is designed to sit around the base of the wearer’s neck, usually following the line of the collarbone. The neckline of the sweater itself is usually ribbed and sewn on as a separate piece giving a textured and raised look. The Crew neck is considered a “casual” style and will usually see very little wear in a formal setting... until now.
1. Crop it - this look is for the daring, try a cropped look to bring the crewneck from day to night.
2. Design or Detail- Look for a crewneck with a design or detail that amps up the style factor.

Heading out in a full sweatsuit (like Gomez’s Vetements look) feels fresh and of the moment compared to the tracksuit you wore in the early 2000s.

Ciara is so fit and fashionable on the cover of Shape magazine. We all want to know how she gets her body like that. She is gorgeous and talented, what more could you ask for in a pop star. I love the way this was shot. The gritty feel of the shots was Ciara's aesthetic, and high fashion, while she paired it with athletic pieces. All in all this was magic. Amazing pairing.

Its obvious that Ciara is poised for her takeover with this anthem dance like we're making love. The visuals from the video give us everything we need from Ciara. Impeccable Style with sex appeal to match. The contrast of the pool with the black and white look, play well with the complete opposite playful feel of the cranberry dress and trees. I can't wait to see what Ciara gives us next. What Future? The times is now, Russell Wilson is one lucky guy!
Ciara looked super glam in her all black outfit, paired with fringe heels. I am loving the fringe trend that has been raging across this country. Its a cool contrast the black and brown, she is just too stylish. The hair parted down the middle, is giving me a little Pocahontas realness. Go Ci Ci!
